If you are wanting to keep your wedding simple with just the two of you, then this is the package for you!

Our Packages
Whether it be a traditional elopement with just the two of you or an intimate setting with your closest loved ones, we will ensure it is a memorable day for all.
All of our packages have set inclusions from our experienced and professional Wedding Planner, Photographer and Celebrant, plus you have a choice of location from exclusive never before used private properties in Regional Victoria to suit your style and personalities.
You can add any of our optional extras to your package to ensure your dream wedding is executed perfectly!
You simply pick your perfect package, your dream location and we will look after the rest!
** The number of guests will be dependent on the current Victorian government Covid restrictions on the date of your wedding. In order for all our package inclusions and guest numbers to be in line with the restrictions, we are booking wedding packages and dates for couples from 23rd of November 2020. In line with the current restrictions, guest numbers in our packages will include the couple, celebrant, photographer, wedding planner/stylist plus any additional suppliers you choose to have on site for the duration of your wedding. Depending on your wedding requirements this may impact the number of guests you can invite to your wedding.

Planning and preparation consultations with your dedicated team of experienced wedding professionals to discuss and plan your dream wedding.
A wedding planner and stylist who will work with you to book in all your package inclusions, discuss your styling elements and be your dedicated go-to person from start to finish so you have complete peace of mind.
A detailed planning document including key timings, checklists and tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
Supplier management 2 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss any final arrangements with your suppliers so you can relax and enjoy the lead up to your special day.
A wedding day coordinator who will manage the set up and pack down elements of your wedding, welcome your guests but most importantly troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the day so you can be completely present and enjoy your day.
3 hours of professional photography including an online gallery for 12 months to share with your family and friends.
A personalised and heartfelt ceremony plus all the legalities you need for your wedding.
Unlimited email communication to help with any queries you may have during your wedding journey.
Optional Extras
While your key wedding suppliers are sorted, we understand you may like additional elements to bring your dream wedding together.
Therefore we have optional extras you can add to your package including:
A supplier recommendation consultation where you can hand pick your dream team of additional suppliers from our network of quality and reputable wedding suppliers.
Ceremony prop set hire which includes an arbour, chairs and signing table.
Additional hours of photography.
Simply discuss these options with us when you book your wedding package and we will be sure to add them to your package.

The Sawmill Cottage Farm
If you are looking for a rustic farm stay location set on a property covering 50 acres with breath-taking views of the King Valley and endless opportunity spaces for an intimate elopement or a small wedding, then this is the location for you!
Nestled at the foothills of the Victorian high country, the Sawmill Cottage Farm offers a unique history of an old Sawmillers workshop that has been renovated using recycled materials into a character filled cottage with the most spectacular country hospitality.
You will have access to the self-contained open plan cottage with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing getaway where you can enjoy the incredible scenery and country air, including an outdoor fire pit for the cooler months and an in ground pool for the warmer months.
Surrounded by a picturesque balance of mountain views and farmland, the property provides numerous picture perfect locations across the farm. Big beautiful trees never fail to make for the most romantic photos, especially at sunset!
You will have the choice of receiving a breakfast basket, a cheese or fruit platter to enjoy during your stay and you will also receive a beautiful wedding gift on your arrival of local produce and a bottle of the region’s best Prosecco wine.

The French Cottage
If an intimate and private garden wedding with a handful of your nearest and dearest is what you want for your special day, then this is the location you have been looking for!
The bespoke French Cottage offers a romantic and completely private setting for a small and intimate wedding. With a stunning French inspired garden, the property provides a green garden oasis perfect for an outdoor wedding.
Built in 1854, the historical stone home and stunning architecture of the cottage provides endless picturesque locations as well as many beautiful areas within walking distance to the property for photos.
You will have access to the spacious and entirely self contained cottage which consists of three queen size bedrooms, two bathrooms, a relaxing living area, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and a relaxing shaded veranda perfect for taking in the amazingly styled garden.
With a gorgeous sister property, Ned Kelly’s Marlo Cottage, located approximately 800 metres from French Cottage, this location offers an accommodation set up, perfect small weddings.
This property is perfect for couples wanting a boutique oasis within close proximity to Beechworth CBD and all the amazing food, wine and coffee a small town can offer to create a memorable wedding getaway.

Once your form is received, Melanie will contact you to discuss your package further and send you a finalised estimate within 12 hours of our discussion.
A 60% booking fee is required to be transferred within 24 hours of receiving your estimate to secure your package, location and preferred date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Traditionally, an elopement is a ceremony with just the couple and two witnesses with no additional guests. A micro wedding is a small, intimate celebration with a handful of your nearest and dearest.
Planning an intimate wedding gives you the freedom to create your dream wedding on a smaller scale without all the fuss and distractions of a big wedding. They are all about your wedding day being filled with romance and meaningful moments.
We are happy to work within any timeframe. It’s a personal choice for each couple. Provided we have the date available we can help plan your dream wedding anywhere from 1 month to 18 months before your special day.
Legally the quickest you can get married in Australia is 30 days as this is how long it takes to process your Notice Of Intent to Marry. However, if you come to us with this already lodged, we can certainly help plan your wedding in a few weeks provided we have the date available.
Yes we sure do! Most of our properties charge a premium for weekend weddings so a weekday wedding is certainly an option. It could also reduce your package price! It’s important to keep in mind all our properties also have a minimum night stay.
We offer couples exclusive access to unique and bespoke properties across Regional Victoria. These locations provide our couples exclusive access as they do not offer weddings unless it is through us!
You are welcome to source any additional wedding suppliers that are not included in our packages. In saying that, we do have a list of preferred high quality wedding suppliers we trust and have worked with on many weddings which we can draw on to help you find your dream team of suppliers.
Yes. If you choose to use additional wedding suppliers such as a florist, caterer, hairdresser, etc you will need to pay them directly. But never fear, we will liaise with your chosen suppliers directly on your behalf 2 weeks prior to your wedding so you can relax and enjoy the lead up to your wedding.
We have created our packages so you have access to the absolute best of the best key wedding services every couple needs for a successful and stress free wedding.
Absolutely! We are passionate about ensuring your wedding is everything you dreamed of so it’s very important you meet us all. You will meet Melanie, Alicia and Georgia individually to discuss their areas of expertise either over a coffee or via an online call.
Each location differs in how many people the accommodation can sleep but you can invite up to a maximum of 20 guests. This will however depend on what Victorian Government guidelines are in place at the time of your wedding.
Our focus is to keep our wedding packages as bespoke as intimate as possible with a maximum of 20 guests. However, if your dream wedding is a little different to our packages, we are happy to discuss your dream wedding and what options are available.

We love to have little ones part of wedding celebrations, so mostly yes. But please contact us directly as some properties have specific rules in place.
